REQUIREMENTS
GETTING STARTED
Operating as an MCS representative, you will provide repair services to our customers in your assinged territory.
Preparing to start your future as an MCS representative requires that you can obtain the following items to get your business started.
EQUIPMENT
COMMERCIAL WORK TRUCK
Minimum three quarter ton late model truck required.
Flat bed recommended.
EQUIPMENT PACKAGE
We will give you a complete list of equipment, consumables and tools necessary to run a container maintenance operation.
OPERATORS INSURANCE PACKAGE
Insurance is required for all MCS Representatives.
Representative must have a minimum of 2 million in General Liability Coverage as well as Worker Comp on all employees.
SKILLS
MCS REPRESENTATIVES MUST POSSESS THE FOLLOWING:

Good Supervisory Skills (maintain an efficient work crew)

Good Customer Service Skill (interacting with our long time customers)

Good Money Managing Skills (maintaining capital for day to day operations)
